American Family Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to become Agency Owners in Indiana. As an independent contractor, you’ll build and manage your own agency, drive sales, and shape your financial future with support from a national brand.

You’ll recruit and lead a local team, develop client relationships, and expand market presence while meeting strategic goals. Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life/Health is required, and you’ll undergo background checks as part of the process.
