American Family Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to become agency owners. You will manage an independent agency, drive sales and growth, and recruit and lead a team to achieve strategic goals while upholding the company’s commitment to customers.

Required licenses include Property & Casualty and Life & Health; successful candidates pass background checks. This role offers training and support, plus unlimited compensation potential through an agent incentive program.
