Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to empower educators with affordable insurance solutions and financial security. You will build and manage your agency, identifying opportunities, presenting products to groups and individuals, and expanding your network through events and community involvement.

With a dedicated service representative and a comprehensive product portfolio, you’ll operate within an exclusive territory and leverage cutting-edge technology and training to grow

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life & Health, Property & Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
