Job summary

Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Insurance Agent, empowering educators with tailored insurance and financial solutions. This role offers independence, a defined territory, and a performance-based 1099 compensation plan supported by incentives and a dedicated service representative.

You will build relationships, present products, and grow your agency through networking, events, and client referrals, using cutting-edge tools and training.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance and financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
