Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Host in-person and virtual workshops on topics like Medicare, Annuities, Long Term Care, and Retirement.
  • Select accessible venues for in-person events, prioritizing conducive learning environments.
  • Deliver live video presentations with screen sharing for clear communication in virtual seminars, leveraging technology.
  • Prepare diligently for workshops, coordinating logistics and ensuring readiness as the presenter.
  • Conduct walk-throughs and equipment checks before each event to address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing consultants for personalized plans based on budget and income goals.
  • Manage workshop registrations efficiently, confirming attendance for maximum participation.
  • Implement post-workshop follow-up to nurture leads and maintain participant engagement.
  • Prospect for new business through networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Set appointments and meet with potential clients to help identify and meet the client's needs.
  • Offer expert insurance policy recommendations based on the client's needs.
  • Prepare and develop illustrations and case designs to close sales.
  • Provide excellent ongoing service and support to existing clients.
  • Discipline to be a self-starter and ability to conduct business for yourself with the support of Futurity First.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Life and Health (L&H) insurance licenses are required
  • FINRA Series 6, Series 63, and/or Series 7 license preferred but not required
  • AHIP certification is preferred but not required
  • FFM certification is preferred but not required
  • 1+ years in an outside sales professional role is a plus
  • Experience in Insurance with knowledge of different Insurance products
  • Strong Finance skills with experience in investments, retirement, and financial planning are preferred but not required
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required
  • Willingness and ability to prospect and network within the community to build a client base.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude and willingness to be held accountable for results.
  • A desire for continuous learning.
  • Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills consisting of oral, written, and listening skills.
  • Collaborative decision-making and problem-solving skills.
