As an Insurance Agent (Licensed Personal Lines, P&C) working from home, you will:

Be efficient in navigating multiple systems.

Demonstrate a strong reading and comprehension of program materials.

Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs.

Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing.

Process new and/or amended enrollments.

Ensure our clients’ customers enjoy authentic experiences.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our remote Insurance Agent (Licensed Personal Lines, P&C) role include:

You must be at least 18 years of age

Verifiable High school diploma or GED

1 + years of customer service experience

Active resident license to sell P&C insurance

Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

Strong communication skills in both verbal and written format

Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking with strong problem-solving skills

High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone (10 Mbps upload, 40 Mbps download, combined 50 Mbps)

Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

Competitive tiered pay starting at $18/hr., increasing to $20/hr. during nesting training period, with performance-based raises up to $21–$22/hr. after 90 days. (pay rate will not be below applicable minimum wage). Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
