Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to drive growth under a 1099 compensation model, supported by an industry-leading incentive package. You will leverage a comprehensive product portfolio, cutting-edge technology, and dedicated support to serve educators and their families.

This role emphasizes market access, relationship-building, and self-driven business development. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in insurance/financial services, the required licenses, and the ability to obtain FINRA

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators obtain affordable insurance and financial security.
• Build market access and strong relationships with groups and individuals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
