Job summary

Confie and its family of companies are seeking Insurance Agents to sell nonstandard auto insurance in a high-volume environment. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 and a pay range of $12–$18 per hour, with comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.

The role focuses on serving new and existing customers, leveraging inbound leads, and building lasting relationships to surpass sales goals. A strong candidate will have English/Spanish bilingual abilities and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills needed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurately document currency transactions and deposits in the agency system.
