American Family Insurance is seeking highly motivated individuals to become Agents. As independent contractors, you’ll own your agency’s operations, drive sales, and grow a locally trusted portfolio while protecting customers’ dreams.

You’ll hire and lead your team, work with a local marketing group, and pursue strategic business goals with support from American Family. Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life insurance, plus background checks, are required.

Qualifications

• Obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
• Pass motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background checks.
