Job summary

American Family Insurance seeks motivated individuals to become Agents who own their future and build an independent agency. You’ll manage sales, growth, and recruiting, while representing American Family and its products exclusively.

This role offers a path to financial stability and a chance to shape your own business with local training and support. As an independent contractor, you’ll pass licensing requirements for Property & Casualty and Life insurance, and complete background checks.
