Job summary

American Family Insurance seeks motivated individuals to become Agents. As independent contractors, you will own and manage your agency, drive sales, and cultivate growth while representing American Family and its products exclusively.

You'll hire and mentor a team, set strategic goals, and build financial stability for yourself and your clients. This is a high-ownership role with training and support from a local network.

Qualifications
