American Family Insurance is seeking highly motivated individuals to become agents, operating as independent contractors who own and manage their own agencies while representing American Family and its products.

You will be responsible for agency leadership, sales growth, and building lasting client relationships, with the support of a local team and comprehensive training. The role offers unlimited compensation potential through commissions and an incentive program.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Property and Casualty license and Life license.
• Ability to pass motor vehicle, financial/credit and criminal background checks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to own and grow an agency.
