Job summary

American Family Insurance is seeking highly motivated individuals to become agents. As an agent, you operate as an independent contractor, representing American Family and its products, and you’ll manage your agency’s sales, growth, and day-to-day operations.

The role offers the potential for unlimited earnings and a New Agent Incentive Program, with training and support from a local team. Licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health are required, plus a background check.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass motor vehicle, financial/credit and criminal background checks.
