American Family Insurance Agency Staff is seeking entrepreneurial individuals to become Agency Owners. Owners operate as independent contractors representing American Family and its products exclusively, with responsibility for your agency's management, sales and growth.

You will recruit and lead your own team and collaborate to meet the strategic business goals you set, enjoying unlimited compensation potential and access to training and local support to help launch and scale your agency.

Qualifications

• Obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit and criminal background check
