American Family Insurance is seeking highly motivated individuals to become Agency Owners, independent contractors who build and run their own agency under the American Family brand.

You will manage sales, growth, and customer relationships, recruit a local team, and drive strategic business goals with training and support from a dedicated local team. This role offers unlimited compensation potential and a path to financial stability and community impact.

Qualifications

• Obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit and criminal background check.
