Job summary

Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Insurance Agent. This role offers performance-based, 1099 compensation with incentives and a dedicated service representative to support client work.

You will operate in an exclusive territory and leverage cutting-edge tools to grow your independent agency without a fixed office for the first two years. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in insurance/financial services, hold Life/Health and P&C licenses, and can obtain FINRA licenses if required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
