Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Dalton, GA to help educators secure affordable coverage and financial security. This 1099 independent contractor role offers control over your business, an exclusive territory, and access to cutting-edge tools.

You will build relationships, present products to groups and individuals, network in the community, and participate in ongoing training and incentive programs designed to reward performance over a 48-month period.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in insurance/financial services preferred.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses required (Life & Health, P&C).
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if applicable in your region.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
