Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to join our team in the education-insurance niche. This 1099-based role focuses on building a personal agency with access to Premier service support, cutting-edge technology, and a multiline product portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in insurance/financial services, hold Life & Health and P&C licenses, and can obtain FINRA 6 & 63 where required. Join us to expand your network and impact educators nationwide.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
