American Family Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to become independent agents, owning and operating their own agency within our trusted network. Drive growth, provide financial stability for your customers, and build lasting relationships while representing American Family products.

As an agent, you’ll manage your agency, recruit a team, and work toward strategic goals with training and support from a local team. Licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance are required.

Qualifications
