Job summary

Horace Mann seeks motivated Exclusive Insurance Agents to help educators and families secure affordable financial protection. You will build and manage your own agency within an exclusive territory, presenting a multiline product portfolio and leveraging Horace Mann's technology and training.

You’ll drive growth through networking, community involvement, and strong relationship-building with clients and partners, with no external office required for 2 years and a performance-based compensation

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

What We're Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
