Role Description This full-time Insurance Agent role is a hybrid position based in Spokane Valley, WA, with a combination of in-office work and some work from home. The Insurance Agent will consult with prospective and existing clients to assess their coverage needs, present tailored insurance options, and explain policy features in clear, accessible terms. Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, preparing quotes, processing applications and renewals, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves responding to client inquiries, assisting with policy changes and claims support, and collaborating with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service. The Insurance Agent is expected to meet sales and service goals while upholding ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to compare carrier offerings, structure policies, and understand basic financial implications for clients.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, manage inquiries, and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Relevant state insurance producer/license (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).
• Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
• Comfort with using agency management systems, online quoting tools, and standard office software.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Prior experience in personal lines or commercial insurance is preferred but not required.
