Texas Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking an Insurance Agent to join our growing team. The primary responsibility is to generate new clients for our insurance products while serving an existing client base, understanding our full scope of offerings, and presenting tailored solutions.

This in-person role offers a competitive book-and-commission pay structure, ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and clear opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to engage one-on-one and with groups.
• Comfort with outreach directly to prospective clients to generate leads.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and lead generation to build a client base.
• Qualify prospective leads and perform initial prospect contact.
• Build and maintain client files and records.
• Create insurance sales presentations and proposals for clients.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing client base.
• Conduct a predetermined number of sales calls to drive conversions.
• Complete fact-finding interviews with prospective and existing clients; shadow calls and visits.
• Sign new clients and products to meet quotas and grow the business.
