Pioneer Agency is seeking motivated individuals to build a career in the insurance industry. This remote role includes licensing guidance and comprehensive training to help you start in life, health, and retirement insurance sales.

As an independent contractor, you will manage leads, follow up with potential clients, and earn commissions with bonus opportunities, all within a supportive, team-focused environment. Flexible scheduling and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities
