Black Bull Financial - Insurance Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  2. Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  3. Educate clients on policy options and guide them through enrollment.
  4. Work in a lead-driven environment — cold calling is not required.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of ownership.
  • Effective time management and ability to work independently.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Previous sales or financial services experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:

Base pay range: $150,000 - $250,000 per year (actual pay depends on skills and experience). Expected earnings:

  • Year 1: $50,000 - $150,000+
  • Year 2: $150,000 - $200,000+
  • Top performers: $300,000+ annually

This position is remote, with a flexible schedule, and operates on a commission-based (1099) structure. We provide structured training and ongoing support at no cost.
