Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
2. Conduct client needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance solutions.
3. Educate clients on available policy options and guide them through the enrollment process.
4. Work in a lead-driven environment — no cold calling required.

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
2. Self-motivated individuals who take ownership of their work.
3. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
4. Must be 18 years or older.
5. Previous sales or financial services experience is a plus, but not required.
6. Commission-based compensation structure (1099).

Expected Earnings

1. Year 1: $50,000-$150,000+
2. Year 2: $150,000-$200,000+
3. Top Reps: $300,000+ per year
