Qualifications include prior business or franchise ownership (preferred), insurance experience (a plus), and experience in operations, budgeting, planning, staffing, or sales management. You must obtain applicable state licenses for property & casualty, and life & health insurance before appointment. Investment of liquid capital is required to cover startup costs; Allstate does not take possession of your capital, and there are no franchise fees.
