American Family Insurance is seeking motivated individuals in Columbus, OH to become Agency Owners. As an independent contractor, you will manage your agency’s operations, drive sales and growth, and recruit and lead your team to meet strategic goals.

Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life insurance is required, along with passing background checks. Training and ongoing local support are provided to help you build a successful agency and financial stability.

Qualifications

• Obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
• Able to pass motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background checks.
• Independent contractor status with agency ownership responsibilities.
