Agency Owner Overview

This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You should have relevant experience and capital to deliver the service AAA and our members expect. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance, AAA memberships, and other products to a loyal client base.

Products include

Auto, bicycles, RVs, motorcycles, and more. AAA Membership offers roadside assistance and savings on dining, shopping, hotels, rentals, travel, and auto care.

Insurance products include property and casualty (auto, home, renters, umbrella, flood, RV, boat, motorcycle, commercial lines) and life insurance (term, universal, whole life, annuities). AAA Life Insurance has an A- rating by A.M. Best.

Agency Owner Requirements

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing (or willingness to obtain at your expense)
• Review and complete the Business Plan and Cash Flow analysis (with AAA guidance)
• Complete 4 weeks of virtual training with live instructors
• Approved AAA-branded office space
• Proof of $75K investable capital (seasoned for 60 days)
• Pass background, criminal, and financial checks
• Employ at least 2 licensed staff members
