Pronto Insurance is seeking an Insurance Agency Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and ensure superior customer service across its Texas locations. You will manage agents, review performance metrics, and coordinate marketing initiatives while maintaining licensing compliance.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, customer service and sales experience, bilingual English/Spanish for certain locations, and strong communication and computer/data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Customer service and sales experience highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for certain locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry to capture client information quickly.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services through assigned channels.
• Review engagement metrics to hit performance targets.
• Lead daily marketing initiatives to build brand and generate leads.
• Train, coach, and develop sales agents to achieve goals.
• Ensure carrier underwriting guidelines are followed when binding business.
