Responsibilities

• Meet 75% of personal production for the year as an agent.
• Conduct sales presentations consistent with customer needs.
• Field train and support Independent Agents.
• Mentor and coach established Agents during sales visits.
• Report operational issues when setting up new business.
• Execute the Sales System, meeting assigned sales goals.
