HealthFund Solutions LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking an Insurance Advocate to enroll patients in ACA Marketplace plans. The role is full-time, on-site in Dr. Phillip's area, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m. The ideal candidate is compassionate and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities include assessing eligibility, enrolling patients, guiding them through the enrollment process, handling high call volumes, documenting activity in EMR

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience in healthcare or insurance.
• Knowledge of ACA marketplace, Medicaid, & commercial insurance terms.
• EMR/EHR experience preferred; computer proficient.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and active auto insurance.
• Must pass hospital medical clearance and vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients to assess financial and medical eligibility for coverage.
• Enroll patients in ACA marketplace plans and obtain required documentation.
• Guide patients through the enrollment process and assist with case issues.
• Perform bedside screenings when necessary.
• Manage a high volume of outreach calls.
• Document all activity in HealthFund Solutions, Hospital databases, and EMR systems.
• Stay up to date on ACA policies, procedures and certification requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely data to support reporting and tracking needs.
