Job summary

Earnix is seeking a leader to head Client Advisory Services in the insurance domain, focusing on unlocking maximum customer value from Earnix software. You will own maturity assessment processes and advise customers and PS consultants on pricing and underwriting transformation.

You will design, develop, and maintain the assessment framework, oversee content development and delivery, and drive measurable business impact across regions.

Qualifications

• Deep insurance industry expertise with 12+ years in P&C insurance operations, pricing, or underwriting or equivalent consulting

Responsibilities

• Own the Maturity Assessment Strategy and framework to identify pricing/underwriting improvements
• Oversee assessment delivery and measurable business impact across regions
• Create and evolve customer-facing artifacts (assessments, scorecards, roadmaps)
• Lead and mentor a specialized advisory team of insurance experts
• Serve as Center of Excellence on customer value realization and advise on complex implementations
• Drive advisory engagements that demonstrate value and expand value realization across customers
