Job summary

A well-established financial firm in San Rafael, CA is seeking a full-time Insurance Advisor. This role involves serving a high-volume book of warm leads and requires 1-3 years of experience in life and disability insurance, along with a Life & Health Insurance License. The position offers a base salary of $75K-$90K plus commission and comprehensive benefits, including generous PTO and 401K. This is an onsite position for initial training, transitioning into a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in life and/or disability insurance.
• Life & Health Insurance License is required.
• Experience with high net worth individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve and grow a high-volume book of warm leads.
• Conduct client-facing sales via Zoom and in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Transition into fully independent client management role.
