Amwins, Trinity Underwriting in Savannah, GA, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented office professional to support underwriting operations in-office.

You will prepare information for new and renewal business, verify data, assist with policy issuance and endorsements, process invoicing, and use MS Office to communicate and enter data. Strong written and verbal communication and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in an office environment.
• Insurance knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Excellent computer skills including typing proficiency; proficient with MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• High level of motivation and initiative.
• Ability to prioritize important tasks and manage deadlines.
• Innate organizational skills and willingness to take on challenges.

Responsibilities

• Preparing information needed to market new and renewal business.
• Monitoring various reports for consistency.
• Potential for policy issuance and endorsement processing.
• Make and follow through with requests for missing information from outside sources.
• Assist in accounting procedures such as invoicing.
• Data entry into multiple internet based systems.
• Use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Answer incoming calls.
