As a Field Property Adjuster, you will investigate and evaluate homeowners property claims from start to finish. In this role, you will manage the entire claim lifecycle, including supplements, Additional Living Expense (ALE) claims, contents, and personal property losses. You will work closely with customers, contractors, and other partners to ensure claims are handled accurately and efficiently.

A key part of this position is delivering excellent customer service through clear, timely communication, keeping customers informed and supported throughout the claims process. We're looking for an experienced Field Property Adjuster who lives within 20 miles of Austin, Texas, to serve customers throughout the greater Austin area. In this role, you'll manage property claims from start to finish, including conducting inspections, preparing estimates, reviewing supplements, handling contents claims, and assisting customers with additional living expense coverage when needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple claims in a fast-paced environment. Experience working both in the field and from a desk is preferred. Candidates should have experience using Xactimate and hold an active adjuster license, or be eligible to obtain a reciprocal license where required.

• Possesses a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company
• Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers across multiple lines
• Evaluates settlement alternatives by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices and makes decisions on best option
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files across multiple lines
