Chuck Taylor - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and grow the agency through strong customer relations. You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services.

The position is full-time in Canton, IL with opportunities for advancement and benefits including paid time off, profit sharing, bonuses based on performance, training and development, and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (inside or outside) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about coverages, eligibility, changes, transfers, claims and billing.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
