What You’ll Do: As an Insurance Account Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice our clients turn to for help with their insurance needs. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Chat with Clients: Share your knowledge about our insurance products and services, helping clients find just what they need.
• Assist with Policies: Guide clients through policy applications, renewals, and any changes they need—making it easy and stress-free!
• Spot Opportunities: Look for chances to introduce clients to additional products that could benefit them.
• Make Friendly Calls: Reach out to clients to follow up on quotes and check in—your friendly voice will brighten their day!
• Answer Questions: Be the go-to person for client inquiries, providing quick and helpful responses.
• Keep Things Organized: Maintain accurate records of client interactions to help us serve them better.
