ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Patrick Danielson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Qualifications
  • Insurance or sales experience helps, but is not required.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Must pass two state exams to obtain P & C / Life & Health licenses. Costs are reimbursed. Licenses not required up front.
  • Available to work Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience required if no college.
  • Proficient in computer systems such as Excel, Word, Salesforce, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Work existing leads, develop new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer's needs and market appropriate products including auto, home, and life insurance.
  • Outbound calls and sales presentations in person and over the phone.
  • Establish relationships and actively respond in a timely manner with customers.
  • Network, market, and attend various events and functions.
  • Social media marketing.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
