As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tom Deedler - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities
  • Quote and Sell insurance products based on customer needs.
  • Foster customer relationships to build referral opportunities.
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
