Role Description

As an Insurance Account Customer Service Representative with Malinda Mims State Farm, you will generate exceptional client experiences that support the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career by resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with team members, and anticipating community members' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and follow up on customer relationships as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
  • Educate customers using a needs-based review process about insurance options.
  • Communicate effectively to meet customer needs and promote business development.
Qualifications
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Michigan Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance License.
  • Ability to relate to customers, answer questions, and anticipate needs.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer assistance and team coordination.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
