Job summary

State Farm Agent Team Member in Riverdale, GA is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success. This full-time role focuses on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and promoting State Farm insurance and financial services.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and provide friendly service. A Property & Casualty license is preferred or required; compensation ranges from $30,000 to $50,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
