Jenny Rulison-Fisch, State Farm Agent, is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customers’ success. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, improving lives by marketing relevant products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Clear written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to relate effectively to customers.
• Property & Casualty license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
