Responsibilities include prompt, friendly customer service, needs-based insurance education, lead development, and scheduling. Licenses required before starting: Property & Casualty and Life & Health.

Formación

• Some sales experience preferred and track record of meeting sales goals.
• Property and Casualty license (must have before you start) and Life/Health license (must have before you start).
• Strong customer service focus, self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Ability to present to potential customers and work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
