Nathan Cocco - State Farm Agent is looking for an Account Manager to support daily operations and grow the agency through strong customer relationships. You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency teams, promoting relevant insurance products and services.

As a sales-minded, sociable professional, you will conduct policy reviews, recommend solutions, handle complex customer issues, and drive retention and growth with both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
