TRICOR Insurance is seeking a Business Account Manager to service and support our business clients with proactive relationship management, insurance knowledge, and strong organizational skills. This role emphasizes exceptional day-to-day service and long-term client success.

You will build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters, review and manage accounts, and pursue opportunities to expand coverage as client needs evolve.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level client service and focus on retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters.
• Manage accurate client file documentation within agency systems.
• Review and evaluate new and existing accounts.
• Complete and submit applications.
• Update or add new coverage based on client requests.
• Pursue continuous learning to expand product knowledge and service effectiveness.
• Represent TRICOR in the community as a trusted insurance partner.
