Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: strong customer service or client relationship experience.
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and agency management software (EPIC or similar).

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain client relationships across a book of business.
• Collaborate with a High-Performance Team to service accounts.
• Proactively address client concerns and identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor client satisfaction and work to maximize retention.
• Market new and renewal business, independently or with a Risk Advisor.
