Atlas Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Account Manager for a reputable insurance agency in Yakima. This is a direct hire opportunity!

Position Overview: The Bilingual Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts within the insurance agency ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role involves providing exceptional service in English and Spanish, handling inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in English and Spanish, ensuring excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships.

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing ongoing support, policy renewals, and addressing client inquiries.

  • Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance coverage, advising on necessary adjustments or additional coverage.

  • Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other team members to ensure clients’ needs are met.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport withclients and team members.

  • Required: Property and Casualty Licenses

Salary:$36,000-$57,000/year DOE

Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM

Benefits:

  • With any of these certifications, a $5,000 increase in base salary:

  • CIC – Certified Insurance Counselor; CISR – Certified Insurance Sales Representative; CSAM – Certified Strategic Account Manager; and/or CCRM – Certified Client Relationship Manager

Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance paid primarily by employer.
