Commercial Insurance Associates in Landenberg, PA is seeking an experienced insurance professional to service personal and commercial accounts. Put Your Insurance Experience To Work Commercial Insurance Associates is looking for an insurance professional with previous industry experience to join our Landenberg, PA insurance team. We are open to candidates from a variety of insurance backgrounds. You do not need to currently hold an Account Manager title. If you have worked as an Insurance CSR, Account Manager, Account Executive, Account Representative, Client Service Representative, Producer Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or in another insurance office role, we encourage you to apply. What matters most to us is that you already have experience working in the insurance industry and understand the importance of accurate, responsive client service. About The Role You will help service and manage a variety of personal and commercial insurance accounts, working directly with clients, insurance carriers, underwriters, producers, and other members of our service team. The position can be tailored to your existing experience. Experienced Account Managers may independently manage accounts, while candidates coming from a CSR or support position can grow into greater account management responsibilities with training and support. What You’ll Do

• Provide day-to-day service for personal and commercial insurance clients
• Assist with policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, certificates, and coverage requests
• Review and process renewals
• Quote and remarket new and existing accounts with multiple insurance carriers
• Prepare insurance applications, ACORD forms, and carrier submissions
• Communicate with clients, underwriters, and carrier representatives
• Help resolve policy and billing issues
• Maintain accurate documentation in our agency management system
• Support client retention and account rounding
• Identify opportunities for additional coverage when appropriate
• Work closely with producers and other Account Managers to provide responsive client service

Who We’re Looking For Previous insurance industry experience is the most important qualification for this position. We will consider experience from an independent agency, captive agency, brokerage, insurance carrier, benefits office, or other insurance-related office environment.

• Property & Casualty experience preferred, but not required
• Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required
• Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits, or other insurance experience is welcome
• Account management or insurance customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable managing multiple client requests and deadlines
• Comfortable working with insurance software, carrier websites, and office systems
