Bill Pool - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and proactive sales. You will help strengthen customer connections and act as a liaison between client needs and agency departments.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market relevant products and services to meet those needs while delivering prompt, friendly service.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including product availability, coverages, policy changes, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
