Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, billing, and claims.
• Educate customers about options using a needs-based approach.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify needs, and market products and services.
• Support local community events in the market with the agent.
